Meet our Lawyers
Sami Shenouda
Sami's roots run deep in Saskatoon, where he spent his formative years. Sami pursued his post-secondary education at the University of Saskatchewan, where he achieved academic excellence, earning a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor.
With a unique blend of legal acumen and a background in marketing, sales, and consulting, Sami seamlessly bridges the gap between law and business. He recognizes the complex interplay between legal and business challenges, bringing a holistic approach to his practice.
An engaged member of the Canadian Bar Association, Sami's primary areas of expertise encompass Real Estate Law, both in residential and commercial domains, Corporate and Commercial law, and Wills & Estates.
Outside the office, Sami is an avid sports enthusiast. He channels his competitive spirit into tennis, where he actively participates as a dedicated player and once held a role as a director of Tennis Saskatchewan.
Glenn Headley
Glenn, a proud native of Saskatoon, has called this vibrant city home for most of his life. He embarked on his academic journey by earning his Bachelor of Arts in 1988 and his law degree in 1991, both from the esteemed University of Saskatchewan.
Glenn commenced his legal career by articling at McKercher McKercher Laing & Whitmore in Regina, garnering valuable experience before returning to Saskatoon in 2000. Just before Shenouda Headley Derpak Law Group was established, he honed his skills at Benesh Bitz & Company, dedicating a decade to the legal profession.
Glenn has steadfastly focused on residential and commercial real estate law, wills and estate planning, and contract drafting and review throughout his career.
Outside of work, Glenn enjoys cooking, movies, sports (particularly the Montreal Canadiens), and spending free time relaxing at Waskesiu. He is also dedicated to giving back to the community, generously volunteering his time for various causes, including preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease and autism.
